Have you tried editing the KW sets using the import/export tool?

You can also try modifying the database option “automatic_post_tagger_keywords”. However, the option must be saved in a PHP serialized format (you can’t edit it manually – see https://secure.php.net/serialize ).

If I may ask, what exactly do you mean by saying that your server “can’t handle it”?

My keywords list contain more than 20000 lines. Word sets are splitted to two categories and when I try import it by once site going off and after few minutes when I can log into wordpress admin it doesn’t show all of them =/

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Ok, I’ve added all my kw in csv files splitted for 2k keywords in single file. Then exported all in JSON file and found out that all keywords were correctly imported in few seconds. Now I will just edit backup file in notepad++ and import new file once again I edit any keyword sets.

Thanks for clearing that up. I’ll try to do something about this in the next version.
