editing navbar color

I’m trying to figure out something that’s probably easy. I have everything set up correctly . I’m using the understrap child them and GULP IS WATCHING!!! I’m wondering how to change the nav color. I want to set it to my secondary color instead of primary. Can someone let me know which file to look into for this?
