and also how can i edit links in the format option i want it to redirect to my category page. thanks

Not sure exactly what you mean, it would be helpful if you could provide a couple of links:
1. a link to a page where the archive plugin is bing used.
2. a link to the destination page for the archive links.
Normally the location of the archives are generated by WordPress. To link to category or custom post-type archives you will need to upgrade to Archive-Pro-Matic
