Editing Search Form Fields

Hello I am a premium user.

Is there a hook I can use to modify the placeholder of the categories field on the search form? Similar to the submit_job_form_fields filter I use to modify labels, placeholders, and more on the front end.

Hi @toulip – There isn’t a hook for that, but you can use a plugin like Say What to change those strings to whatever you like.

Alternatively you can override the entire job filters template in /templates/job-filters.php

Hello thanks for getting back to me. Ok, I used the Loco Translate plugin, identical to the one you recommended above and was able to fix my issue.
