Editing subscription plan prices

    Hi

    A client is using LP to sell two levels of subscriptions via Paypal, and wishes to make changes:

    1) They wish to stop selling one subscription level. If we remove this level from LP, what happens to existing subscribers on that level, who are paying via Paypal? Do their subscriptions continue, or stop?

    2) If we alter the price of a subscription level, does that affect existing subscribers in any way, or only new ones?

    Thanks in advance, and apologies if the answers to these are found elsewhere – couldn’t see them in the documentation.

    1. I would recommend not removing the level from Leaky Paywall if you have subscribers attached to it. Instead, hide the level from the Subscribe page with CSS so that users can’t click on it. If you must delete it, create a new level and attach the subscribers to the new level instead.

    2. Altering the price only affects new subscribers, not existing subscribers.
