Solving “headers already sent” warnings

I just went to http://www.retinasouthflorida.com/wp-admin and tried to see what the comments.php had on line 29 and got the following error. I didn’t edit anything and now I can’t see my dashboard. What do I do?

a plugin is messing with you
ftp to site or use host’s file manager to rename /plugins folder
this will deactivate your plugins
access dashboard now
rename /plugins folder back to normal
activate plugins one by one until you find offender
