    We have a question about the plugin. Basically, we have two requirements (as I understand it, the first one is provided, but I’m not sure about the second one):

    1. Implement a function that allows viewing a client’s abandoned cart, as well as tracking in real time how the client is filling that cart.
    2. Implement a function that allows the admin to edit the client’s cart directly in real time, and also, when abandoned, so that when the client returns to it, they can make the purchase with the admin-added items.

    Can the plugin do both of these? If these are possible, do we need the Pro version?

    Thank you for reaching out. We do have an option to monitor live shopping cart activity from the moment a product is added to the cart.
    As to your 2nd question – I’m afraid at the moment we do not have the ability that would allow editing shopping carts by adding or removing items from the cart. I have added this as a new feature request to our plugin wish-list.

    Hello,

    Wrote to you in support last week but didn’t receive a response regarding this. In any case, we purchased your plugin.

    Our site also uses B2B functionality, and I wanted to ask if any kind of user filtering is possible with your plugin: https://prnt.sc/8DpYYMtGzDOj

    We need to be able to filter users — for example, distinguish between B2B and B2C users.

    Thank you @joni54321 for providing additional details. I’m afraid at the moment we do not have any option in place that would integrate with this B2B plugin to read customer role and then decide if the email should be delivered or not. This is something I have now added to our feature wish-list.
