Editing thumbs not working

    Hello,

    The feature to edit thumbnails (how they will display on the website gallery by selecting the area for the thumbnail) is not working. I have edited the thumbs of two images and the change is not taking effect. I have saved changes after making the edit. I can see in the backend gallery that the thumbnails have been changed, but the thumbnail edits are not applying to the gallery as it appears on my website. Please advise as soon as you can…

    Hi @nillocreative,

    Could you please access your site’s "Dashboard -> NextGen Gallery -> Gallery Settings -> Basic Thumbnails", set "Override thumbnail settings" to "Yes" and also select "Yes" for "Thumbnails crop" then press "Save Options" and hard refresh your gallery page ( clearing the cache ) to see if the thumbnail crop will change?
