Just responded to your initial ticket you sent our way, to close the loop I’ve pasted that response below.
I’m afraid it’s not currently possible to edit the formatting of these emails, they are auto-generated each week by our tool and populated with the relevant data for your account. This is not to say that we can’t make parts editable in the future however. To confirm, what type of edits did you have in mind? If you can share some feedback on the current version I can definitely share with my team and see if it’s something we can address with future updates to the tool.
