I use the Custom Community theme for my website
This is good.
We are 3 admins in the website. Each time one of us create a new page, the others can’t edit it, no matter what.
Your theme really has nothing to do with that and there is an easy way to get to the bottom of this.
Try these temporary steps:
- deactivate all of your plugins (all of them, no exceptions) and switch to the Twenty Twelve theme.
- Have one or more of the admins (all 3 would be good) clear their browser’s cache and cookies.
- Now create a page and save it. Have another admin attempt to edit it (not at the same time).
If you’re all truly admin then with no plugins and using that Twenty Twelve theme you should be able to edit each others pages. If that happens then one at a time reactivate your plugins, test, reactivate another, test, etc. until you recreate the problem.
Switch back the theme last.
I will try to deal with the plugins then.
Thanks!
Another thing.
My Custom Community theme is, well, very customized to match with the colors of my entreprise.
If I change the theme, will it keep my settings for a later use?

It should but just to play it safe keep a full file and database backup before experimenting.

If you switch back and the customizations are gone then just restore that current backup and you’ll be back the way you were.
Backups are cool that way and your installation has value so this is just a good idea. 😉
