How can I edit “site header”? I would like the logo to be centered and the menu under the logo. I would also like to increase the font size. Can I do it by editing the theme or just by CSS.

Hello,

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Header > General, from here you can change the header style according to need.
You can also create a custom header by following the doc.

Go to Appearance > Customize > Typography, from here you change the typography from specific tabs.
