This option is available in PRO version of plugin in it’s general settings.
Press “Settings” in plugin and then add required user role in “User Role can edit plugin”:http://prntscr.com/ixy1ut

Firstly you should open main setting of Google Maps Easy plugin.
There you should choose required user role “Editor” and press save button: http://prntscr.com/jphbcf
From this moment users with role “Editor” can access all plugin features from your Worpdress Dashboard.
