    I’m wondering, if anyone can help please?

    The editor box on the tickets for replying etc, has just vanished from the ticket system and i’m wondering if there is permissions or options to turn this off or on. I’ve been scratching my head wondering, how to get it back. It’s something relating to this install as it works perfectly fine on our live environment.
