    I installed your plugin on my site, however when i click on the page builder link in a page and it loads ups the my page is displayed and in the url i can see the builder query variable. But beyond that nothing else i don’t see the editors/controls for editing is there something else i need to do am using a custom theme built over the twenty_sixteen default theme though i have not deleted anything from the original base which i copied. the site is http://www.doubleentryconsult.com, any help given is appreciated

    Hey Kuffour,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    There might a JS conflict going on there coming from a 3rd party plugin. Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route first, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if a 3rd party is causing it. 🙂

    Hello Ben,

    Thanks for the response. I disabled all my plugins but it made no difference, however when i switched to the twenty sixteen theme i noticed that the editor appeared. So my question is since am using a basic custom theme designed by myself any pointers as to what i may need to include in mine to allow your builder to work?

    Resolved via email. Custom theme didn’t have the Plugin API Hooks.
