    Hi All,
I have suddenly encountered the problem, that I cannot open or edit previous posts or open new ones. I have been trying around some twists and tweaks but nothing helped. I deactivated several plugins and found, that when I deactivate CoBlocks the error message doesn’t show anymore. This morning I have updated to the newest version of Coblocks hoping it might be magically fixed, but it didn’t help. When I use other plugins, it works again, but it throws around my layout.
Do you have a solution for me? I´d appreciate to fit CoBlocks than to delete it and use another plugin instead.
I use the Gutenberg editor as well as TinyMCE Advanced.

    Thanks & best,
    Diana

    Hi @dianakpalm,

Thanks for reaching out to us, I’m sorry to hear about your issue.

Can you please provide us with an error message showing your issue? Ideally, a screenshot will be very helpful.

Have you also tried using a default theme and activating only the CoBlocks plugin? The fact disabling CoBlocks resolves the issue can also mean that there is a conflict with our plugin and one of the plugins or the theme that is installed on your website.

I will be happy to help you out further, have a nice day,
    Andrija

    Hi Andrija,

    thanks for your message!

The error occurs once I try to enter/edit a post and shows “The editor has encountered an unexpected error. Attempt Recovery. Copy Post Text Copy Error”
(this editor doesn’t allow me to add the screenshot)

When I deactivate all other plugins, CoBlocks seems to work so there must be an incompatibility with another plugin. Have you encountered this before? Any ideas and recommendations for me to find/dismiss the bug?

Thanks & have a nice day, too

    Hi once again @dianakpalm,

I see, this is a common Gutenberg related error that is in most cases caused by corrupted cache on your website

While reviewing your website I noticed that you are using Cloudflare CDN, this is most likely the culprit in your case

As this is the case, I suggest you first clear all the cache from both your website and your browser. Additionally, you should remove cookies as well and you may alternatively try using a different browser if that is not enough.

Here is the article which explains this issue:

    https://techjourney.net/how-to-fix-the-editor-has-encountered-an-unexpected-error-in-wordpress/

If this does not help, then it is possible that a plugin is conflicting with CoBlocks, in that case, you should check this plugin’s settings.

Let me know if this works for you,

    Best regards,
    Andrija
