Editor icons

Thanks for writing this plugin. It is just what I need.

I installed it on WP 3.7.1 and it worked great but upgrading to WP 3.8 resulted in the editor icons returning to a look that I remember from many years ago :-). It is now missing some icons that are important to me (eg text colour). (see http://screencast.com/t/N9U6mgjjVUU)

Any chance of a small adjustment to use the latest icons with WP 3.8?
