In the meantime, please share the following information to help us better troubleshoot:
1) Could you provide your Site Health information? You can share privately using this form if you prefer.
2) Could you detail what font and style did you originally use and change it to?
3) Does this issue occur in all browsers or one specific browser?
What operating system and device are you using?
1) Already shared this privately
2) Error appears in the last slide when I try to edit the text. Font is Arimo
3) Appears on Chrome. I have not tested it on another browser. I am running Windows 8 64 bit laptop.
@ivanov1048 Thank you. I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue off the bat using chrome and that font, but I will keep testing. Who is your hosting provider?
To rule out any conflict with other plugins, could you please check if this issue occurs when Web Stories is the only plugin active?
Additionally, when this error occurs could you please check for any browser console errors? You can share a screenshot here using a service like Jumpshare.
@ivanov1048 Hiya! We’ve just released v1.25.0, which includes a fix for this issue, so this error should not occur anymore.
