Editor No Longer Can Post

    With the most recent version of WordPress, the code interferes somehow with editor posting. Admin posting works fine and I haven’t tried the other two.

    Notes:
    Deactivated all plugins, one by one to find the issue.
    After finding the issue, attempted Admin Customizer while multiple plugins were deactivated, still no editor posting available.
