    When I click create new message, the titlefield is white and I can enter text. The main field howver is grey and I can’t submit any text e.d. When I change tot text every seems to work. Changing back to visual however the main field becomes grey again and nothing of the content is visible anymore.
    I use advanced tiny mce, disabled that but the problem stays.
    Any solution?

    It is difficult to say – in my experience the following can cause this:

    – Caching: If you have a caching plugin , make sure to exclude the page containing frontier-post shortcode

    – “Disable the visual editor when writing” is checked on the users profile.

    – You have a plugin/theme that uses jquery to manipulate layout on the front-end

    – Security measures that blocks the tinyMCE java script code on the front end.

    You might try and disable your other plugins, test that it works, and then enable them one-by one.

    What theme are you using, and a link to your site.

    It seems that the plugin Decision Tree caused the problem.

    I deactivated it and now everything seems to work fine. A petty that I can’t use them together.

    Hi,

    Decision Tree hasn’t been updated in 6 months – you might check with the plugin author if he plans to support the plugin going forward. If so we might be able find an fix the conflict
