Editor not started for replies

Hi, on a fresh installation wp 5.9 and the latest version of Awesome without any other plugin and the “22” wp official theme, when I try to edit a reply of a ticket a text-area shows up, with white text on white background. It seems the tinymce is not initialized. This is the error from the JS console:
