Editor Preview, added Roles and Ongoing Development

    I’ve made a couple of requests in my review, but figured it is probably best to ask on the forums too.

    When in the Frontier Button Settings in the admin and working on a specific editor, e.g. Teeny Editor, it would be good if the preview below showed the editor being used, e.g. show the Teeny editor instead of the full standard editor so you can see how it looks.

    Would be great for it to work with Ultimate Member (and other similar plugins) added roles.

    Finally will this be updated regularly as going by the support requests it has been here for quite some time with some very old posts not replied to.

    Hi Greg,

    Yes I will update Frontier Buttons regularly, including update of TinyMCE scripts

    As for the Preview, I will look at it next time I make a release

    Frontier Buttons should work with other plugins and themes , as it uses standard WordPress filters and is based on WordPress user roles.

    When it comes to plugins like Ultimate Member (and similar plugins), it will require some work, as I would have to add the option of working with specific Frontier Buttons Capabilities (Same way as Frontier Post, that work with capabilities, and has the option of managing them in another plugin).

    I will consider it for future, but I am not sure I will implement it.

    Thanks, I guess we just need to recognise there are other roles, just like the others so we can use them to define who sees what editor setup.
