Editor role cannot create or save web page

    Hello,

    Somebody works for me as editor so I have created an account with the Editor role but it is not possible to create or save pages with this role.

    I have installed and checked the permissions with the plugin “User Role Editor” and the Editor role is allowed to create and save web pages.

    Can somebody help me please ?

    Hello,

    Thank’s for this information.

    The goal is to resolve these issue, not to create a new user role.

    The Editor role should be able to create and save web pages.

    Well that should be as it is the default setting of wordpress.

    You should check that if that is enabled by simple plugin “capability manager” it also allow you to change the user capability to.
