Editor user role – ability to force cache delete?

Hi guys – great plugin!!

I have a client who has EDITOR login user access – I need them to be able to force a cache delete when necessary as sometimes they just update order on custom posts etc.

Is there a way I can give them access that full admin has (at top menu bar where you’ve the two options that say: Clear All Cache / Clear cache & css?
