After the update, my editors, which is everyone but myself, has admin rights. No matter what changes to the capabilities I make, they do not change. It worked perfect for me before the update. Is there anyway I could get 0.15 so that I can rollback to that version to see if I am correct?

Thank you for reporting this.

Unfortunately there is no “easy” way to roll back, other than cloning the plugin on Github and checking out its submodules: https://github.com/intoxstudio/restrict-user-access/tree/e9703dfb7c05ae016fe9bdf8d13eb1b1b78799cf

However, I’d be more than happy to help you fix the problem. Do you have any other plugins to manage User Roles? The newest version of Restrict User Access changed the “level capability” from edit_users to manage_options, but both should only be accessible by administrators by default.
