    Hi Steve,

I don’t see any support requests from you over the past few years reporting that All in One has broken your site.
If edit.php is broken I’d love to fix it. Out of millions of users, you’re the only one who’s reporting this issue, so the only way we can know is if you tell us so we can investigate.

I have always resolved the issue myself by either editing your code or disabling until a new release.
What info would you like from me in order to investigate?

First, we should determine whether this is an All in One SEO Pack issue. As nobody else that I’m aware of has reported this, it’s more likely a conflict with another plugin or your theme.

    http://semperplugins.com/faqs/how-to-troubleshoot-issues-with-our-plugins/

If it’s confirmed to be exclusively an AIOSEOP issue (no other plugins are active and the default theme is activated), a screenshot of the issue would be helpful. ie is it a white screen of death, the screen partially loads, etc?

If you’d like to send us login information, that would be great. Otherwise, your browser’s error console will tell you if there are any client-side issues. Debug mode in config.php may disclose any server-side issues.

At the bottom of the Performance Module is a system status section. At the bottom of that is a place to email us your WP setup, so that we can try to reproduce the issue. We can be emailed at [email protected]

OK. I will do some of my own DXing (diagnosing). Will post back here when I have either a resolution or some details that could help you (and me) DX.

In any case, your quick response is appreciated and impressive.

Ok great. Let me know what you find, and what I can do to help.

I’m happy to log in if you’re interested (temporary login info can be send to semperplugins.com/wp-admin), or can check out your WP installation environment via our debug info if you like.

I’d love to get this issue resolved for your site. 🙂

    Hi Steviep,

Any updates? I’d love to help resolve this and see what the issue is.

    Hi Michael

I have done some trial and error with plugin activations. It appears that this error, (on my site) is not specific to AIO SEO. I have found scenarios where a few other plugins, when de-activated (and AIO SEO is activated), result in a proper load of edit.php.

This issue only appeared since we updated AIO SEO, but I can’t say for sure that it is endemic to it.

Do you have any suggestions? I could certainly create a log in for you to investigate (you will probably identify problem in 5 mins because you know what you are doing vs. me, the hack).

    Thanks
    Steve

OK, thanks Michael. Will create a log in for you to WP and get the ftp info as well.
