What is the name of the theme, where did you get it from, and exactly how are you trying to modify it?
The name of the theme is Zoo by Webdingo and I am trying to make multiple additions and none of my adjustments are updating in either my live site or within wordpress. For example I’m trying to change a subtitle on one of my pages and it won’t update at all. It records the update but the changes aren’t made.
Are you using any sort of caching plugin, or do you see a “Clear/Purge Cache” button in your Dashboard or admin bar? If so, would you please try clearing the cache?
Note: You do not need to install a caching plugin at this point just to clear a cache you don’t have. If you don’t have a caching plugin or a way to clear a server-level cache, just say so. 🙂

Also, what do you mean by “subtitle”? Is that a feature of the theme or a plugin?
Yes I am using a theme, and when I say subtitle I am just referring to a subtitle on one of my pages, nothing special. And I’m not sure how to give you any link because it’s not just a single page that I am having an issue with, it’s just that nothing will save when I make an update/change.
Ok, do you mean the page’s Title?
When you write/edit a page, is this what you’re putting into the field that starts with “Enter title here”?
As a subtitle I am referring to a descriptive sentence that I’ve put below the title on one of my portfolio pages. The portfolio as a whole is encased into a page in the “Page” section which I have titled “Portfolio”. I apologize for not making it more clear. The issue is that I can’t edit any of the text or imagery in any of my “Pages” including the Home page, About page, Portfolio page, etc. It won’t update in my pages within the wordpress application OR my live site. For example: if I go the “About” page within wordpress (alternatively to the previous example in the portfolio page) and try to change the wording or add an image or anything really, I will hit the update button on the right and even though it appears to update, nothing changes. Is that a bit more clear?

Do the updates still show in the editor after saving, or does that revert too?
Yes they revert as well. Basically, I can’t update anything.

Yeah I think not. :/ I use GoDaddy.
By any chance, is it GoDaddy’s Managed WordPress hosting?
I don’t think it is. But I know I have a wordpress app that I downloaded within godaddy, is that what you are referring to?
No, GoDaddy Managed WordPress is something you pay for separately. It has a built-in caching engine, which is why I asked.
Have you contacted GoDaddy about this yet?
