Efficient support: first time right!

I had been fighting with a pop-up to fill new data in a table. On my website, this was blocking. I wrote a ticket with two screenshots attached and got a few days later an answer with a 3 line code snippet to customize my theme. It worked first go! Thanks for the excellent support.
