Elegant Solution

This was already a great solution for hover effects. So simple and straight forward. The only thing that would have made it perfect for me was a way to launch a iLightbox gallery containing multiple images by simply adding the iLightbox gallery shortcode to the image-hover-effect. I had been searching for a way to do that without any cumbersome coding for weeks.

So a couple of emails to Rameez Iqbal and problem gone.

There is now a field on the Image Caption Hover setup page which lets you add the iLightbox gallery shortcode to your hover effect. This is a beautiful answer to a problem I have seen others struggling with on numerous blogs and support forums.

This is the kind of work we need to support for WordPress. Simple solutions for everyday users.
