i have installed elegant theme on wordpress but theme epanel and page visual editor is not working properly

Being commercial themes, they are not supported here, as you paid for support when you bought the theme. I would suggest posting in their forums.

Commercial themes, meaning those you have to pay for, are not supported on these forums. Anything from elegant themes is a paid theme, and they have their own support forum.
