Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out. I’m Millos from the Elementor Team, and I hope you are doing well.
I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing. I’ll investigate the problem thoroughly to find a solution quickly.
This is being caused by the Elementor update and the your hosting Web App Firewall, which is blocking wp-json/wp/v2/users/me?context=edit and Elementor won’t open. They have to whitelist “/wp-json/wp/v2/users/” on their WAF to fix the issue.
Additionally, I would like to confirm that our developers are aware of this and are working on it. A full report has been created, and the priority of this task has been set high. This means it is already in the process of resolving this issue. Therefore, the fix should be available in some of the following updates. I can not provide any ETA for this since it is not mentioned in the report yet.
In the meantime, you may rollback to the earlier Elementor/Elementor pro version as well – https://elementor.com/help/rolling-back-to-a-previous-version-of-elementor/
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to help.
Have a nice and productive day!
