Elementor accordion repeat same image

    Hi, my site is not yet published but I need help with it.
    I am using accordion for show some images, the widget works fine but if I set “slideshow” as “skin” and “link” to “file media”, the widget repeat 2 times every image if try to use the slide. Also if I click on the image’s miniature the widget shows me the wrong image.
    I publish a test page where you can the see the widget strange behavior
    Is possible solve the problem?

    Can you link to a screenshot of how you have this set up? That doesn’t sound like the Accordion widget from Elementor. Maybe you are using a different widget, or a 3rd party plugin for this?

    Yes I mean Elementor accordion widget

    I have modified only a few parameters which you can see highlighted in the screenshot:
    _Skin: slideshow
    _Link (for every item): open as file media
    _Height: 278

    In style and advanced options I left everything as default

    Moreover I didn’t touch css in elementor

    That actually seems to be the Media Carousel widget rather than the Accordion widget. I just tried creating that same element with the parameters you mention and was unable to recreate the problem.

    In addition, I don’t see that behavior on the link you gave. It seems to work properly when I look at it. Maybe you have a cache issue. Clear all cache (server cache, caching plugin, and browser cache). Or try viewing in a different browser or an incognito browser.

    sorry, you are right, the widget is media carousel.
    I cleaned the wordpress cache with W3 total cache and my browsers cache but for me the problem persists. I tried on chrome and firefox, also on my smartphone but nothing changes.

    do you really see no problems? try to click on the image to enlarge them and slide, don’t you see the repetitions of the images? moreover if I try to click on the miniature the image does not always correspond.

    Actually I do see the issue you are referring to now. It’s when opening each slide in the lightbox that the problem appears. Are you using the latest versions of Elementor? I know this issue was fixed in a version update at some point, so make sure you have the latest.

    I followed your advice and looked at Elementor changelog:
    2.6.3 – 2019-08-18
    Fix: Duplicate images when slideshow skin is selected in Media Carousel lightbox

    My pro version is expired by a week, and my last update is 2.6.2. I will try to ask to elementor staff if I can obtain the the fix because that update was released when my license was active.

    hello, i am encouintering the same problem with the media gallery widget of elementor. theee are around 100 pics inn my gallery but the widget shows always the first 4 pics of 98 pics.
