Hi @netreneris,
I understand you’re experiencing an issue when the WooCommerce plugin is active.
The error message you’ve just shared seems to be related to a PHP warning that occurs when the system attempts to read a property “ID” on a null object.
This issue may be caused by a conflict between the WooCommerce and Elementor plugins, or possibly by a theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot the issue even further, I suggest you perform a conflict test:
1. Temporarily deactivate all your active plugins, leaving WooCommerce and Elementor.
2. Switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four.
3. Check if the issue persists.
4. If the issue is resolved, switch back to your theme and plugins one by one until the issue reappears. This will help you identify the conflicting plugin or theme.
Please remember to back up your site before you start the test to prevent any data loss.
Let us know how this goes.
Hello, I’ll try to do it. I’ll let you know
Sounds like a plan @netreneris.
Please be sure to back up your site before proceeding with the mentioned steps so that should any issue arise, you’re able to restore your site to a previous working point.
Cheers!
Hello, I tried to do these steps (I got critical error when activated different theme), but nothing helped. Error disappears when I deactivate elementor or woocomerce plugin.

Hello netreneris,
Thank you for your reply.
I understand you encountered a critical error when switching themes, which disappears when deactivating Elementor or WooCommerce.
Could you confirm which plugins were active during the theme switch?
This might provide more insight into the issue.
Please check WooCommerce > System Status > Logs for any related error logs.
Additionally, sharing your site’s System Status Report would help me understand your setup better.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status, then select “Get system report” and “Copy for support.”
Looking forward to your response. 🙂
