elementor – cannot load preview – internal server error 500

    i have installed polylang, my website originally on Hebrew language.
    i added English, when i going pages, clicking the + icon to translate a page to english, and then when i click edit with elementor, it get this message: cannot load preview – internal server error 500

    server is using php 7.3

    it’s not a front page

    what can cause the issue?
