    Hello Cartflows,

So I am trying to edit a global checkout form, however when I tried to use your Checkout Widget on my Elementor widget, the preview or output of the widget is not rendering. Please refer to the screenshot below.

Do you know why this is happening?

    Cheers!

    Hello @goldenshawarma

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

That’s strange and should not have happened. This may happen if there are no simple products published in WooCommerce.

When the checkout form is opened in the elementor editor, CartFlows will add random products in the cart to display the checkout form. So, if there are no products then the checkout form will not be displayed.

There is a workaround as well, just place the flow in the test mode and the checkout page will be displayed for the design purpose.

    I hope this clarifies you.

Feel free to get in touch in case you need any help or assistance.
