Also just deleted the version from plugins.
Installed a new clean one, with nothing on the website and still not working as it should be
Also tried safe mode and this steps:

Hi,
To troubleshoot the issue try this guideline:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard. (Make sure to back up your site).
Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard.
Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Sixteen and see if it makes any difference.
From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Elementor > Settings > Experiments. Change all of the experiments to Inactive. Click Save Changes.
Already did all that, I’ve seen in already on the forum, but doesnt work.
It seems elementor works fine on firefox, but for some reason, its broken on chrome. No clue why
Hi,
Check the issue from an incognito mode to rule out the possibility of browser addon conflict.
For anyone else with this problem, check the zoom settings on your browser. I had the exact same issue (Chrome), and my browser was zoomed to less than 100%. I reset it to 100% zoom, and all is fine!
