    Hello,

I have a directory of different book listings on my WordPress site, which I assembled using the Directorist plugin. For some reason, the content I assembled in elementor simply isn’t populating to the live screen. It saves when I edit it on the backend without issue, but as soon as I publish the page, it reverts back to a rugged looking page that doesn’t contain any of the content I included in Elementor. Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello Steven Nevins !

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue.

Please make sure that you’ve added “the_content” inside the Directory Listings > Directory Builder > Single Page Layout > Contents section. Also, double-check that you’re not using a custom single listing page template, as that can override the Elementor content.

If everything seems in place and the issue still persists, kindly reach out to our technical support channel through our website so we can take a closer look and assist you further.

    We’re here to help!

    Best regards,

    Hi @rashed848,

I don’t see a “the_content” as a field option under the Single Page Layout’s field options. Some of the fields I see are “Description”, “Custom Content”, and “About”.

Also, I checked, and we are not using Custom Single Page Listings.
