I logged in to do maintenance on my site and couldn’t get in through wp-admin, or through our hosting. We managed to add debugging code through phpmyadmin, but it only showed us what the errors were. So when I went to deactivate the Elementor plugin it wouldn’t let me and just gave me more errors.

The recovery mode link that wordpress sent isn’t working either, and I have no way of getting into the site in order to deactivate or delete the plugins causing this problem.

    Please help.

    Hi @tksdesignteam ,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I can assure you that the Deprecated issue you’re facing is not coming from the Essential Addons for Elementor actually.

I would recommend you to deactivate the other 3rd party plugins and check back. Besides that, you can check by switching your theme. This issue also occurs if your theme uses any deprecated Elementor function.

Regarding the Fatal Error, it seems coming from the Elementor Pro plugin. Please make sure to update the latest version of both Elementor plugins. You can check the latest version number from here: https://elementor.com/pro/changelog/

I hope your issue will be resolved if you follow my above instructions
Please let me know how it goes.

    Thank you!

The main issue is that I can’t log into the site, through WordPress or through FTP, so I can’t do any of those changes.

I’ve tried deactivating through phpmyadmin as well but can’t deactivate the plugins through that means either. Changing the theme that way only causes the site to crash and not even show up.

    Hi @tksdesignteam ,

From FTP, if you go /wp-content/plugins/ directory, you can deactivate the plugin by deleting your particular plugin folder or changing the name from there.

For example, if your plugin name “essential-addons-for-elementor-lite” you can just change it to “BACKUPessential-addons-for-elementor-lite” and it will be deactivated from your website. You can deactivate all the plugins from your website like this.

    Thanks!
