    Hey!
I have a quick question — I’m working on two WordPress sites hosted on different servers. Both have the same configuration, themes, plugins, and the latest version of Elementor installed.

I’m using components from copyelement.com, and everything works fine on Site A. But on Site B, some components show this error while pasting:

“Make sure you have the latest version of Elementor in both sites.”

I’ve double-checked — both sites are definitely up to date.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Any ideas on what might be causing it?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please note that copyelement.com is not part of elementor. The best solution is to contact their support, but I can offer some recommendations.

One thing worth checking is whether Site B is properly authenticated with copyelement. Sometimes their system ties usage to a specific login or domain, and even if everything’s up to date, it might still show that version error if it doesn’t recognize the site.

Also, server settings can make a surprising difference. For example, security rules or slightly different PHP versions can block or mess with copy-paste functionality.

You can try saving the component as a template on the working site and then importing it manually into the other one. Not the most elegant fix, but it did the trick.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    All the best,
