Elementor Data Updater

Hello all,
I have been using Elementor for a long time, and I get the message “Elementor Data Updater.The database update process is running in the background. Taking a while?” and on clicking “Click to run it now,” it shows “There is a critical error on the website.”
I have tried the steps like rolling back to the previous versions of elementor and updating the database, and then updating the elementor. I even tried contacting the Elementor team but got no response from them. Can someone please help me with this?
