Elementor editor not loading

    I am self hosting a Word Press install and when I installed the PRO version of Elementor a couple days ago, I am now unable to edit any pages in my site. I have spent many hours troubleshooting and come to this… I believe your latest update is broken. I didn’t want to destroy my site so I spooled up a new Mint 20 VM, installed LAMP stack and fresh install of the latest version of Word Press. With nothing more than the absolute base WP install, I logged into the dashboard and installed the Elementor plugin that was supposedly updated 6 days ago and clicked activate. I tried to open the sample page of the theme installed by default with Elementor and it fails to load. There are no other plugins installed. Just base WP install and the Elementor plugin. I get the following errors in the console:

    Failed to load resource: the server /WP/index.php/wp-jso…mentor/v1/globals:1 responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
    and also:
    DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for http://192.168.1.191/WP/wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/lib/pickr/pickr.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
