Elementor editor not opening

I’ve been builing this site for a while, and it was working fine, till one day the following error happened:
Required File Permissions to import the templates are missing.This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.
/opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/novo/wp-content/uploads/astra-sites/
solved the issue changing the permissions, but the elementor still do not open it’s editor, i’m not able to edit my website via elementor, upon opening elementor it does load for ever, and never opens up

SaidHello @saidaboukhadra , thanks for answearing, i’ve been debugging this error for a while, already solved the astra issue, by the time, it does not give me the permission error anymore, now it only does not loads the Elementor editor in any page

Kindly perform the below troubleshooting steps, and feel free to skip what you already tried:
Please switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.
Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard, then make sure that you clear:
your WP cache (your WP plugin if you have one),
your server cache (if you have one. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider),
and your browser cache.

Said@saidaboukhadra Thanks again for helping out, tried switching themes and the error persisted, did the regen css into tools, and it still didn’t affected, wiped all the cache of my website, and elementor still does not open up it’s editor, tried also, all the solutions on the link you sent again, and i’m still unable to edit my pages, {still triyng to solve it by other means} (going to reupload the site, to see if it was any missloading on the hosting server also)
