    Hello,

I added a shortcode to my main page to show the latest posts grid, because I made it with Elementor. It worked at first but now, after pressing on the page update button in Elementor, I get the message “Error 500”. Do you know why I get this error and how to fix this ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @kureman,

As we can see your site is ok. Could you please send me the link that shows the 500 error?

Another thing, As you use Elementor page builder so you no need to use shortcode you can use direct Elementor widgets for any Elementor page that is very easy to create. Please follow the below steps to do that-

    1. Please check the screenshot https://prnt.sc/bGGXMjzqUDv6
    2. If you can’t see these widgets in your Elementor editor then please select Default or Elementor from the settings. Please check the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/ddLibwuChyiE

    Thanks

    Hi @habibjh,

Thank you for your fast support!

You can look at the error message on the following image

Finally, I solved the problem by increasing the memory allocation on my website (128MB to 512 MB). No issue (directly) caused by Post grid 🙂

Thanks for recommending me to use the widget instead of the shortcode in Elementor. It’s very easy to use, well done to your team!
