Elementor Form – Form Not Submitting

Hi, I’ve used elementor form widget on another site previously with no issues. However, on a new site, the form isn’t submitting. After I hit the submit button, the page just refreshes and the form goes blank again. Redirects don’t work, Mailchimp sync doesn’t work. I’ve added a DB plugin to see if the form data is submitting, and it isn’t. I’ve enabled the custom message option, which shows nothing also.

I’m working on a site which used WP Bakery builder for most of the site (I’m not sure if this can factor into it).

Everything on the site is up-to-date also.
