Hello,

I am posting images on the carousels for both the “Videos” and “Podcasts” sections that show up when editing, but don’t show up on the main page.

I’ve also noticed that after some updates, some images disappear from my website.

What is the best solution for this?

Hi,

Since you are using our Pro features on your website, you’ll need to open a support ticket at my.elementor.com.

ww.wp.xz.cn rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

@jeesk Please do not start anymore topics for Elementor on this site. You are their customer, they cannot support you here and you cannot seek support for any commercial products on this site.
