We recommend that you download the template kit file from Themeforest again, and then try importing it from that file. We’re concerned that the previous file may have become corrupted.

If it still doesn’t work, please ensure all the widgets from the Jeg Elementor Kit are active before importing the template. It’s possible that some widgets were deactivated, causing them not to display as expected.

To display the Header or Footer, you can follow the steps in the link below. The steps in that guide demonstrate how to import a Header template, and you can repeat the same process for the Footer template.

Additionally, before importing, try activating only the necessary plugins and disabling others, such as optimization plugins. Optimization plugins like these can sometimes cause unexpected issues. Also, after importing, try regenerating Data & CSS as shown in the image below to refresh the data in Elementor.

I am using the ELEMENTS plugin, which I install the template pack from directly. I have disabled optimization and speed plugins with no change.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we still don’t have a clue about this issue. We want to double-check, is the missing widget displayed when you’re in the Elementor Editor? If it appears correctly in the Elementor Editor but not on the frontend, try regenerating Data & CSS in Elementor as we mentioned earlier.
Also, if possible, could you provide information about your system? You can go to Elementor -> System Info to view and copy the data, which you can then share with us.
