Hello @aabimangi,
Can you try going to the Jeg Elementor Kit -> Templates -> Header menu? If there is an active template, please first move the template to the Inactive section. After that, you can try creating a new template by clicking the Add New Header button, and when you’re done, click the pencil icon to open the template with Elementor.

Once you are in the Elementor Editor, please re-import the Header Template from your Template Kit.
One more thing, if no headers are displaying, please make sure you have added conditions in the Header Template settings as shown in the image below.

We hope this helps.
Thank You
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out. I’ve managed to add the header just like the demo template. It had to do with the combination of getting menu settings right and then configuring the header one page at a time. The only issue I can’t fix since last night is how to make the header visible on all pages even though I’ve selected “All Sites” in condition.
Again, thanks for you help.
The Jeg Elementor Kit template header is only working in Desktop version. The hamburger toggle icon is non-responsive on mobile and tablet.
Do I need to delete and apply header again or I’m missing something in the Elementor headings?
I’ve tried a lot of changes but nothing seems to work.
Would appreciate some help/guidance!
I deactivated Elementor and applied header template again and it worked.
Hello @aabimangi,
We’re glad you could resolve this issue and thank you for letting us know how you did it.
We still don’t fully understand why this problem occurred and why reactivating Elementor solved it. But if this issue happens again, try regenerating Elementor’s data & CSS as described in the link below.
https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/
Elementor has a cache that may sometimes cause such issues, so refreshing the data is necessary to ensure the frontend displays correctly.
If you encounter any other difficulties, please don’t hesitate to create a new forum topic.
Thank You
