Currently, this feature is not available on the Simple Job Board plugin. You can achieve such functionality by doing customization in SJB code with the help of an expert WP developer.
However, the add-on to extend SJB support for the Elementor is in a testing phase and will be released very soon.

Do you have ETA for the Elementor?
I think the problem is with the Elementor’s Hello theme, I set the layout to “Theme Layout” but the page is full width and I don’t have menu and footer

However, yes this seems to be caused due to the conflict with the Elementor’s page template layout. We would suggest you debug the issue at your end with the help of an expert WP Elementor developer.
