** Edit : This issue seems to be with Safari **

I have tried converting a Visual Composer over to Elementor. When I try to add any elements none are adding to the pages. I thought it may be a conflict so I did a fresh install with only the Elementor and a form plugin installed, newest version of WP and it’s still the same – cannot drag and drop the elements in.

Below are the server settings for the fresh install.

  • Hi,

Our editor works best with Chrome, it can happen in other browsers.
Please note that you must use Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge version 79 or greater to EDIT pages with Elementor.

This happens because of one of these reasons:

    Unsupported or outdated browsers.

Conflicting browser extensions. To troubleshoot, check from a different browser or incognito tab.

Due to any plugin or theme conflict.

Please also clear cache and let us know how things go.
