Elementor Panel Not Loading After Publishing A Block

I noticed that Elementor Panel isn’t loading anymore after installing Elementor – Header Footer & Blocks Template pluging, activating it and publishing my first block. It does the same even if I don’t add conditional display rules to blocks. To restore the Elementor panel and have it load again, I need to deactivate the plugin and only after that Elementor panel in front-end editor will load again.
