Elementor plugin compatiblities

    Hello support

    I am building a website on Astra free theme with the Elementor pro plugin, I am facing an issue with the Elementor Pro template builder.
    I want to create a separate template for a page called ‘blog’, but once I have created a template and chosen the conditions under which the page is shown there is no page listed only posts are shown.

    Also not able to add a header and footer using Elementor Pro.

    Let me know how I can create a new template for a page.

    Hi @devweb111,

    Are you facing the same problem when you temporarily switch the theme to a default WordPress theme? If you are that means the problem is not due to the theme. Please refer to Elementor Knowledge Base or get in touch with their support on their site.

    I suggested you get in touch with their support on their site as your query is related to Elementor Pro. Discussing anything related to the pro version is not allowed in this forum, as mentioned in the Forum Guidelines. So, asking for help regarding this on Elementor forum is not allowed either.

    Yes, I have checked the same with default wordpress theme came with current version and it works well.

    The issue came once the Astra theme is active, that why I am asking the quesiton here.
